Hello. My name is David and this is my spot. I'm not totally sure what kind of content I will be bringing to the table here but I gotta think about it. The title rain in the city comes from me sitting on my front porch trying to name this blog and it started pouring the rain down. It seemed like a decent title so I used it. A little about myself is I'm 47 as of the start of this blog. I've started many blogs and YouTube channels over the years but due to depression I've taken them down. The same may happen to this blog too but we can hope not. One blog I started was a Christian blog and paid for a Wordpress site. I wrote there for a couple of months and deleted it. It was a waste of money but depression can get you every time if it wants. It feels like everything I try to start turns into a job and I hate it. I want a fun hobby that can possibly make me a little extra coin. I thought blogging and YouTube could do that for me but I didn't really attract any visitors. Maybe this time will be different. The problem is finding a topic and sticking to it. I don't really know about tech, I don't have the money to travel, I work in the in home healthcare field so nothing exciting there. I have nothing to talk about. All I do is watch tv. That's why I need to find a hobby. Well we shall see what happens here.
