I bought some Ryse Godzilla Pre-Workout at GNC and tried it out. The first time I used it I only took one scoop and it did very little for me. The second time I took two scoops and OMG it about killed me. This stuff is not to be played with. Maybe it's because I'm a rookie but it woke me up hardcore. This stuff has 400mg of caffeine in it and it means business. If you want to give it a try GNC allows you to return items you don't like with a hassle free return policy. I'd recommend giving it a try but only take one or one and half scoops the first time to see what it does to you. With one scoop I felt all tingly and like I was wearing an itchy sweater. Two scoops about knocked me on my butt. I think I'm gonna stick with one scoop for a while and see how it works. I have the passion pineapple and it tastes pretty good. They have different flavors to offer so there should be something that you like. Enjoy the video.
